摘　　要：特发性震颤(essential tremor,ET)是一种运动障碍性疾病,其具有丰富的临床表现形式。双侧超过3 a的动作性震颤、非孤立性头部和声音震颤、非动作和位置依赖性震颤是诊断的必要条件,详细的病史是明确诊断的关键。帕金森病震颤、功能性震颤、代谢性震颤和药物性震颤是常见的鉴别诊断。治疗可以从非药物治疗开始,随着严重程度的增加,治疗手段可以逐步推进,包括药物治疗和手术干预。越来越多的学者认识到特发性震颤不是单一症状的疾病,治疗应由多学科共同参与。此外,治疗的选择应基于患者和医生的共同决策,考虑症状的严重性、功能损伤的程度、对社会互动的影响和患者的期望等。Essential tremor(ET)is a kind of movement disorder with various clinical manifestations.Bilateral motor tremor over 3 years,non-isolated head and voice tremor,and non-motor and position-dependent tremor are necessary for diagnosis,and a detailed history is key to a definitive diagnosis.Parkinson’s disease tremor,functional tremor,metabolic tremor and drug-induced tremor are common differential diagnoses.Treatment may begin with non-drug treatment and may be progressively advanced as the severity increases,including medication and surgical intervention.As more and more people realize that essential tremor is not a single-symptom disease,treatment should involve a multidisciplinary team.In addition,the choice of treatment should be based on the joint decision of the patient and the physician,taking into account the severity of symptoms,the degree of functional impairment,the impact on social interaction,and the patient’s expectations.
