摘 要:随着人工智能技术的快速发展,其在各领域的深入应用对高等教育的学习内容提出了新的挑战和要求。然而,目前大多数高校在人工智能教育方面的改革仍局限于单一学科或局部调整,缺乏全面系统的改革策略。本研究以美国首个宣布建设成人工智能大学的佛罗里达大学为例,探讨其人工智能与高等教育融合的路径与实践。研究发现:第一,佛罗里达大学构建了三层递进的课程生态,通过基础课程普及、专业证书认证和硕士项目培养,形成了完整的培养路径;第二,实施了三维协同的师资建设生态,涵盖引进专业教师、提升全校教师能力,以及构建教师创新机制;第三,打造了双维联动的科研生态,通过本科生研究能力培养和跨学科平台建设,探索了推动人工智能赋能科研创新的有效路径;第四,形成了共建共享的产教融合生态,构建了企业联盟生态,探索了多维协同的产教融合新路径;第五,构建了双向融通的学职衔接生态,支持学生适应人工智能时代的职业发展需求。研究结果对促进高等教育机构建立协同、开放、可持续的人工智能教育生态体系具有重要的理论指导意义和实践参考价值。As artificial intelligence(AI)technology advances and becomes widely used in different fields,higher education faces new challenges and demands.However,AI education reforms in most universities are still limited to specific disciplines or small-scale adjustments,lacking a clear and systematic approach.This study examines the University of Florida,the first U.S.institution to announce its transition into an AI-driven university,to explore how it integrates AI into higher education.The findings show that the university has developed a three-tier curriculum system,offering introductory courses,professional certification programs,and master’s degree tracks.It has also implemented a three-dimensional faculty development framework that includes recruiting AI-specialized faculty,providing training for all faculty,and encouraging teaching innovation.Additionally,the university has developed a dual-track research ecosystem which promotes undergraduate research and builds interdisciplinary research platforms.Furthermore,it has established industry-academia partnerships,forming corporate alliances and developing new models for collaboration.Finally,the university has created a bidirectional academic-career integration framework,equipping students with the skills to navigate the evolving career landscape in the AI era.These findings offer theoretical insights and practical recommendations for higher education institutions seeking to develop collaborative,open,and sustainable AI education ecosystems.
