摘 要:促进科技成果转移转化,是实施创新驱动发展战略的重要任务,是加强科技与经济紧密结合的关键环节。高校是科技第一生产力、人才第一资源、创新第一动力的重要结合点。不断提高高校科技成果转移转化水平,对于加快形成新质生产力、打造经济发展新引擎具有重要意义。总结了江西高校科技成果转移转化的基础条件,分析了其短板与瓶颈,最后从“四个面向、四链融合”的视角提出提升江西高校科技成果转移转化效能的路径与建议,为助力江西经济高质量发展提供一定参考。Promoting transfer and transformation of sci-tech achievements is an important mission of implementing innovation-driven development strategy and a key link of strengthening the integration of the sci-tech with economy.Colleges and universities are the important intersection of the productive force of science and technology,the primary resource of talent,and the key driver of innovation.Constantly improving the transfer and transformation of sci-tech achievements in colleges and universities is of great significance for nurturing new productive forces and building new economical development engine.This paper summarizes the foundational conditions for the transfer and transformation of sci-tech achievements in Jiangxi colleges and universities,analyzes the shortcomings and bottleneck,and finally proposes pathways and suggestions for improving the efficiency of technology transfer and transformation from the perspective of“four orientations and four chains integration”,providing a reference for promoting high-quality economic development in Jiangxi.
