摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国特色高等教育话语体系经历了从初步构建到多元化发展、内涵式发展,再到高质量发展的演进过程。每个阶段都展示了独特的特点和贡献,反映了教育理念和文化自信的不断深化。通过历史、理论、实践和文化四个维度,深入剖析了中国特色高等教育话语体系的发展逻辑,强调了其根植于中国社会发展的深厚基础、理论建构的自主创新性、对社会需求的积极回应以及中华文化与现代教育理念的有机融合。中国特色高等教育话语体系的发展紧扣时代需求,既与国家发展战略紧密相关,又反映了教育理论的创新和文化自信的提升。为了推动这一话语体系的持续发展,提出构建中国特色高等教育话语体系的实践路径,即坚持马克思主义指导、挖掘中华优秀传统文化精髓、立足中国高等教育实际、创新话语表达方式,旨在增强话语体系的国际传播力、提升国内影响力和公信力,为高等教育话语体系的未来发展与改革提供参考。Since China launched reform and opening-up in 1978,the discourse system of higher education with Chinese characteristics has undergone an evolution from initial construction to diversified development,connotative development,and then to high-quality development.Each stage showcases unique characteristics and contributions,reflecting the deepening of educational concepts and cultural confidence.Through an in-depth historical,theoretical,practical,and cultural analysis of the development logic of the discourse system of higher education with Chinese characteristics,this paper emphasizes its deep-rooted foundation in China's social development,the independent innovation of theoretical construction,the active response to social needs,and the organic integration of Chinese culture with modern educational concepts.The development of the discourse system of higher education with Chinese characteristics closely aligns with the demands of the times,being closely related to national development strategies while also reflecting innovations in educational theory and the enhancement of cultural confidence.To promote the continuous development of this discourse system,this paper proposes practical paths for constructing the discourse system of higher education with Chinese characteristics,namely adhering to Marxism as guidance,excavating the essence of excellent traditional Chinese culture,grounding in the realities of Chinese higher education,and innovating discourse expression methods.The aim is to enhance the international communicative power of the discourse system,improve its domestic influence and credibility,and provide reference for the future development and reform of the higher education discourse system.
