Livin及CMTM3基因在食管癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Livin、CMTM3基因在食管癌中的表达及意义。方法选择35例食管癌患者为观察组,27例慢性食管炎患者为对照组。采用PCR方法检测两组Livin、CMTM3基因表达情况,分析观察组Livin、CMTM3表达与临床指标间的关系。结果Livin基因阳性率:观察组为51.4%,对照组为14.8%;CMTM3基因阳性率:观察组为31.4%,对照组为77.8%。两组比较均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.93,13.11;P<0.01)。Livin、CMTM3表达在在组织分化程度方面均有显著差异(P<0.05)。另外CMTM3在淋巴转移方面有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论Livin、CMTM3基因在食管癌组织中呈异常表达,Livin和CMTM3有可能成为食管癌的重要诊断指标和基因治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Livin and CMTM3 genes in esophageal cancer.Methods 35 patients with esophageal cancer were selected as the observation group,and 27 patients with chronic esophagitis were selected as the control group.PCR method was used to detect the expression of Livin and CMTM3 genes in two groups,and the relationship between Livin and CMTM3 expression and clinical indicators in the observation group was analyzed.Results The positive rate of Livin gene was 51.4%in the observation group and 14.8%in the control group;The positivity rate of CMTM3 gene was 31.4%in the observation group and 77.8%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=8.93,13.11;P<0.01).There were significant differences in the expression of Livin and CMTM3 in terms of tissue differentiation degree(P<0.05).In addition,CMTM3 showed significant differences in lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Livin and CMTM3 genes are abnormally expressed in esophageal cancer tissues,and Livin and CMTM3 may become important diagnostic indicators and gene therapy targets for esophageal cancer.
