摘  要:《银行综合柜台业务》作为高职院校金融专业的核心课程,对培养学生职业素养、筑牢学生职业生涯根基起到关键作用。然而,当前高职金融专业《银行综合柜台业务》课程思政建设仍存在教学内容与思政元素不能有机融合,教学方式单一、课程思政教学实效不明显,缺乏科学合理的课程评估体系等现实问题。高职院校应采取结合实践做好课程思政元素教学设计,通过“小中大”三级课堂提高课程思政教学实效,合理规划指标完善课程思政教学效果评估等措施,提高该课程思政教学实效。As a core course for finance majors in vocational colleges,Comprehen-sive Counter Operations of Banks plays a pivotal role in cultivating students’professional competencies and laying a solid foundation for their careers.However,there are still practical problems in the ideological and political construction of this course,including the lack of organic integration between teaching content and ideological-political elements,monotonous teaching methods with limited effectiveness,and the absence of a scientific and rational curriculum evaluation system.To address these issues,vocational colleges should adopt measures such as designing curriculum ideology and politics ele-ments through practical integration,enhancing teaching effectiveness via a three-tiered classroom framework(small,medium,and large),and refining evaluation metrics to as-sess pedagogical outcomes.
