摘 要:青少年篮球专项核心力量训练是篮球教学中提升专项能力和身体素质的关键途径,其科学性与针对性对训练效果具有显著影响。该文基于教学实践,针对青少年篮球专项核心力量训练进行深入探讨,旨在分析其在提升篮球动作表现、增强对抗能力及预防运动损伤方面的重要作用。结合学生的实际需求,该文提出了以下科学训练原则:循序渐进的训练安排、模拟实战情境的应用以及多样化的训练方法。研究强调明确训练目标、创新训练模式和转变教学理念的策略,让核心力量训练更加贴合学生的专项需求,提升训练效率和成效。Core strength training in youth basketball is a key way to improve specialized abilities and physical fitness in basketball teaching,its scientific and targeted nature significantly impacts its effectiveness.This study,grounded in teaching practice,deeply explores core strength training in youth basketball,aiming at analyzing its vital role in improving basketball movement performance,boosting physical confrontation abilities,and preventing sports injuries.Based on the actual needs of students,it proposes the following scientific principles training:progressive training arrangements,the application of simulated game scenarios,and diverse training methods.The study emphasizes strategies such as setting clear training goals,innovating training models,and shifting teaching philosophies to align core strength training more closely with students'specific needs,thereby improving training efficiency and outcomes.
