摘　　要：在核心素养教育的背景下,小学乒乓球训练需实现从技能传授向素质培养的转型,旨在提升学生的综合能力。课程设计应着重于动作精准度、击球速度与旋转轨迹的感知训练,通过多样化的专项练习及实战模拟,增强学生的身体协调性、运动敏锐度。同时,教学应以实战为导向,强调基础动作在对抗中的实际应用,以提升学生的运动意识与团队合作能力。教师需因材施教,根据小学生的生理与心理特点灵活调整教学策略,将技能训练与价值观塑造相结合,帮助学生树立健康心态与竞争意识。在更加有效的教学内容与教学方式的支持下,乒乓球课程能够多维度促进学生的身心发展,为未来体育活动打下坚实基础,进而推动小学体育教育的高质量发展。In the context of core literacy education,primary school table tennis training needs to transform from skill imparting to quality cultivation,with the goal of enhancing students'comprehensive abilities.Curriculum design should focus on training in motion accuracy,hitting speed,and perception of rotation trajectory,and improve students'physical coordination and agility through diversified specialized exercises and practical simulations.At the same time,teaching should be guided by practical experience,emphasizing the practical application of basic movements in confrontation,in order to enhance students'awareness of sports and teamwork abilities.Teachers need to teach students according to their aptitude,flexibly adjust teaching strategies based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of primary school students,combine skill training with value shaping,and help students establish a healthy mentality and competitive awareness.With the support of more effective teaching content and teaching methods,Table Tennis courses can achieve multidimensional promotion of students'physical and mental development,lay a solid foundation for future sports activities,and promote the high-quality development of primary school physical education.
