摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对当前高校体育教学现状进行了分析,指出了民族传统体育文化传播的重要性,并提出了具体的传播路径,以期促进民族传统体育文化的传承与发展,提升高校体育教学的文化内涵及教学质量。研究结果显示,在高校体育教学中传播民族传统体育文化,不仅丰富了教学内容,推动了体育教育的创新发展,还培养了学生的文化自信与民族自豪感,进而提升了学生的综合素质与社会适应能力。建议进一步完善课程设置、创新教学方法、加强师资队伍建设、开展文化推广活动。The article adopts research methods such as literature review to conduct analysis of the current situation of college physical education teaching,points out the importance of traditional ethnic sports culture communication,and puts forward the specific communication path,aiming to promote the inheritance and development of traditional ethnic sports culture,improve the cultural connotation and teaching quality of college physical education teaching.The research believes that the communication of traditional ethnic sports culture in college physical education not only enriches the teaching content,promotes the innovative development of physical education,but also cultivates students'cultural confidence and national pride,and improves students'comprehensive quality and social adaptability.Suggestions are as follows:Improve the curriculum setting,innovate the teaching methods,strengthen the construction of teachers,and carry out cultural promotion activities.
