摘　　要：为推动高职院校教育改革的深入发展,确保所培养的人才能够充分满足行业实际需求,并提升整体教育质量,国家于2019年实施了职业院校的“1+X”证书制度。该制度旨在将学术教育与职业技能认证相融合,以培养既具备扎实理论基础,又精通多项专业技能的高素质、全方位发展的人才为目标。该文以体育保健与康复专业为切入点,选取“1+X”产后恢复职业技能等级证书作为实例,针对当前制度执行过程中所面临的主要挑战,提出了课证融合的实施方案。该方案旨在构建一个更为高效的人才培养机制,确保教育内容的安排紧密贴合当前乃至未来的市场需求。In order to promote the in-depth development of educational reform in higher vocational colleges,ensure that the cultivated talents can better meet the actual needs of the industry,and improve the overall quality of education,the state implemented the"1+X"certificate system in vocational colleges in 2019.The system aims to integrate academic education with vocational skill certification,with the goal of cultivating high-quality,all-round talents who possess a solid theoretical foundation and are proficient in multiple professional skills.Taking physical education Health and Rehabilitation major as the starting point,and the"1+X"postpartum recovery vocational skill level certificate as an example,this paper proposes an implementation plan for curriculum and certificate integration in response to the major challenges currently faced in the implementation of the system.The plan aims to establish a more efficient talent cultivation mechanism,ensuring that the arrangement of educational content closely aligns with current and future market demands.
