艺术体操评分规则个人项目第一难度组的发展历程

摘　　要：艺术体操作为评分类竞技体育项目,其评分规则是裁判评判运动员成绩的依据,同时也是运动员和教练员训练过程中的核心准则。难度在艺术体操成套动作中占据重要地位,第一难度组的动作不仅反映了运动员的竞技能力和器械技术水平,还直接影响成套动作的难度分值,是成套动作的关键组成部分。所得结论如下:第一,难度组的划分,是决定第一难度组与第二难度组难度价值分布的重要因素。教练员和运动员在训练中,紧跟规则变化,把握得分重点,是成套编排的重要环节之一。第二,2022—2024艺术体操评分规则较2017—2020艺术体操评分规则旋转类身体难度动作类型增加了57%,动作数量增加41%,与其他两类身体难度相比增加百分比最多。第三,2022版规则执行的比赛周期中,教练员和运动员应重点关注第一难度组动作的选编和完成情况,把握重点,取得更优异的运动成绩。Artistic Gymnastics,as a scoring competitive sport event,its code of points are the basis for judges to judge athletes'performance,and also the fundamental standard in the training process of athletes and coaches.Difficulty plays an important role in Artistic Gymnastics routines.The first difficulty group not only reflects the competitive ability of the gymnasts and the technical level of apparatus,but also will directly affect the difficulty score of the routines,which is the key part of the routines.The conclusions obtained are as follows:Firstly,The division of the difficulty group is an important factor that determines the distribution of the difficulty value between the first difficulty group and the second difficulty group.It is one of the important links for the coaches and athletes in the training and grasp the key points of scoring.Secondly,Compared with 2017-2020 Artistic Gymnastics code of points,in 2022-2024 Artistic Gymnastics code of points,the types of rotations increased 57%,the number of rotations increased 41%,and the most percentage increase compared with the other two types of Difficulty of Body.Thirdly,In the competition cycle of 2022 version of the rules,coaches and athletes should focus on the selection and completion of the movements of the first difficulty group,grasp the key points,and achieve better sports results.
