摘　　要：白细胞介素-37(IL-37)是近年来发现的一种IL-1家族细胞因子,具有5种不同的亚型。作为一种免疫抑制因子,IL-37可以抑制过度的免疫反应。此外,IL-37具有潜在的抗肿瘤作用。IL-37及其受体可作为免疫相关疾病和肿瘤研究、诊断和治疗的新靶点。本文就IL-37的生物学特性及其作为癌症免疫调节剂、治疗靶点以及疾病调节剂的临床潜力给予综述。Interleukin-37(IL-37)is an IL-1 family cytokine discovered in recent years and has 5 different isoforms.As an immunosuppressive factor,IL-37 can suppress excessive immune response.In addition,IL-37 has a potential antitumor effect.IL-37 and its receptors may serve as novel targets for the study,diagnosis,and treatment of immune-related diseases and tumors.This article provides a review of the biological characteristics of IL-37 and its clinical potential as a cancer immunomodulator,therapeutic target,and disease regulator.
