摘　　要：根据当下建筑市场发展和需求,提出一种新型装配式空心井字楼盖.该楼盖具有平整的顶板和底板,空心处填充发泡混凝土块,拼装时将肋梁纵筋焊接、板筋绑扎,采用后浇带拼缝连接预制板.通过对一个1/2比例的单跨简支楼盖进行静力加载试验,分析其变形形态、应变规律、裂缝发展等.试验表明该楼盖是一种刚度和整体性较好的具有和实体平板楼盖相似受力特征的结构体系.对结构的短期刚度、开裂荷载和极限荷载进行了计算,并给出了考虑结构开裂后弹塑性状态的刚度与挠度计算公式.采用ANSYS软件对楼盖竖向变形和混凝土应变进行了有限元分析,结果与试验观测值吻合较好.Based on the current development and demand of the construction market,a new-type fabricated grid-beam hollow floor structure was introduced in this paper.This floor structure consists of upper panel,bottom panel,grid-beams and foamed concrete blocks in the hollow areas.During the assembly,the longitudinal reinforcement in the rib beam is welded and the plate reinforcement is tied,and the precast slabs are connected by post cast strip joint.By conducting static loading test on a 1/2 ratio single span simply supported floor,the deformation morphology,flexural capacity,strain-load relationship and the crack development were analyzed.Results demonstrated that the floor was a structural system with good stiffness and integrity,and had similar stress characteristics as a solid flat floor.At the same time,rigidity,cracking moment and ultimate load were calculated and the corresponding formulas considering the elastic-plastic state of the structure after cracking were suggested.Finally,finite element analysis was conducted on the vertical deformation of the floor and concrete strain using ANSYS software,and the results are in good agreement with the test data.
