摘 要:“双减”政策下,作业问题备受关注,其旨在减少无效作业、减轻学生负担、提高作业质量。分层作业并非依据题目难度分层,而是为学生提供不同思维表达的机会,尊重个性差异。因此,作业目标设计要关注与课堂学习的关联和对创造性发展的促进,需指向学科核心素养培育、适应学生个性化发展需求和突出重难点。作业内容设计要精心创设情境,考虑素养展现方式,遵循思维发展逻辑结构。作业实施方式应多元化,尊重学生个性差异,满足不同学习风格需求,为综合性作业提供学习支持。作业评价机制要建立标准,采用多元主体评价,重视作业反馈以解决共识性和个性化问题,促进学生发展。Under the“Double Reduction”policy,the issue of assignments has received extensive attention.The policy aims to reduce ineffective assignments,alleviate the burden on students,and improve the quality of assignments.Hierarchical assignments are not stratified based on the difficulty of the questions but rather provide students with opportunities for different ways of thinking and expression,respecting individual differences.Therefore,in the design of assignment objectives,attention should be paid to the connection with classroom learning and the promotion of creative development.The objectives should be directed towards cultivating students’core disciplinary competencies,adapting to the needs of students’personalized development,and highlighting the key and difficult points.The design of assignment content requires careful planning of scenarios,taking into account the ways of demonstrating literacy and following the logical structure of thinking development.The implementation methods of assignments should be diversified,respecting students’individual differences and meeting the needs of different learning styles.For comprehensive assignments,learning support should be provided.The assignment evaluation mechanism should establish standards,adopt multi-subject evaluation,attach importance to assignment feedback to solve both consensual and personalized problems,and promote students’development.
