摘 要:从增设力值数显系统和增强结构整体刚度入手,研发一种一体化门型扣压工装,实现了工装约束力的均匀施加和CRTSⅢ型板的均匀受力。试验结果表明:自密实混凝土灌注后,初始扣压力为5 kN时,门型扣压工装可分别将轨道板横向位移和高程偏差控制在0.2 mm和0.7 mm以内,仅为验收允许值的10%和35%。当自密实混凝土灌注高度为50~70 cm时,直线段不同灌注高度下各承轨台高程偏差波动幅值较小,约为0.29 mm;曲线段在灌注高度为70~90 cm时高程偏差波动较大,约0.49 mm,约为直线段幅值的1.7倍。不同灌注高度下曲线段和直线段轨道板的横向位移偏差波动基本一致,约为0.15 mm。An integrated door type clamping device is developed by adding a force value digital display system and enhancing the overall stiffness of the structure in this paper.Uniform application of device binding force and uniform force of CRTSⅢslab are realized.The test results show that when the initial buckle pressure is 5 kN after self-densifying concrete pouring,the developed door type clamping device can control the lateral displacement and elevation deviation of the track plate within 0.2 mm and 0.7 mm,respectively.They are only 10%and 35%of the allowable values for acceptance.When the grouting height of self-densifying concrete is within the range of 50 cm to 70 cm,the fluctuation amplitude of the elevation deviation for each rail platform is small under different grouting heights in the straight section,approximately 0.29 mm.When the grouting height of the curve segment is 70-90 cm,the elevation deviation of the curve segment fluctuates greatly,reaching approximately 0.49 mm,which is about 1.7 times that of the linear segment.The lateral displacement deviation fluctuation of the track plate in both the curve and the straight sections under different grouting heights is basically the same,at around 0.15 mm.
