摘 要:为减少施工工序、加快施工进度,目前悬臂施工桥梁经常采用挂篮合龙,与设计图常采用的吊架合龙方案相比桥梁结构在受力和变形上均有一定差别。为研究不同合龙方案对悬臂施工桥梁结构的影响,以沪苏湖高铁跨常台高速及苏嘉运河(35+168+136+35)m非对称独塔部分斜拉桥为背景,结合桥梁结构与施工工序特点,针对吊架合龙及挂篮合龙两种方案进行施工阶段有限元分析,对比研究不同合龙方案下的成桥阶段累计变形及应力状态。结果表明,采用挂篮合龙对累计位移影响较大,在施工中需加强变形监测和预拱度调整。In order to reduce the construction process and speed up the construction progress,the cantilever construction bridge often uses hanging basket closure,compared with the hanger closure scheme often used in the design drawing,the bridge structure has certain differences in force and deformation.To study the influence of different closure schemes on cantilever construction bridge structure,the Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway crossing the Changshu-Taizhou Expressway and Suzhou-Jiaxing Canal(35+168+136+35)m asymmetric single-tower cable-stayed bridge was taken as the background,combined with the characteristics of the bridge structure and construction process,finite element analysis was conducted during the construction phase for two different closure schemes:hanger closure and hanging basket closure,and the cumulative deformation and stress state were compared and studied during the bridge completion phase under different closure schemes.The results indicate that the use of hanging basket closure has a significant impact on cumulative displacement,and it is necessary to strengthen deformation monitoring and pre arch adjustment during construction.
