摘　　要：为激发施工企业工程项目全员的积极性和能动性,中铁十二局集团有限公司基于现有工程项目考核体系,以共治共享理念提出工程项目员工期权激励模式。通过期权激励,将企业与员工利益紧密捆绑在一起,有力改变了力量牵引格局,推动员工从“要我创效”向“我要创效”深刻转变;在期权激励模式下,项目运营监管模式得以重构,项目团队通过优化管理、技术工艺改进、改变约束性条件、改变生产函数,促使项目管理始终围绕效能提升运转,效能提升拉动项目期权升值,为企奋斗与分享红利融合共生,使员工在工作中感受到干事创业的成就感和获得感,自动激发积极性,自愿与企业同成长、共进退,企业发展质量持续向好改进。In order to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of all employees in construction enterprises engineering project,China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.puts forward an employee option incentive model for engineering project based on the existing engineering project assessment system and the concept of co-governance and sharing.Through option incentive,the interests of enterprises and employees are closely tied together,which effectively changes the pattern of power traction and promotes the profound transformation of employees from“being asked to create efficiency”to“being proactive in creating efficiency”.Under the option incentive mode,the supervision mode of project operation can be reconstructed.The project team optimizes management,improves technical processes,changes restrictive conditions,and alters production functions to ensure that project management always operates around efficiency improvement.Efficiency improvement drives the appreciation of project options,and the integration and symbiosis of striving for the enterprise and sharing dividends enable employees to feel a sense of achievement and gain from entrepreneurship in their work,automatically stimulating their enthusiasm,and voluntarily growing and advancing together with the enterprise.The quality of enterprise development continues to improve.
