摘　　要：目的:调查洛阳市≥50岁健康男性血清总前列腺特异性抗原(t-PSA)水平及参考值范围。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月至2023年1月于该院体检中心进行体检的2170名健康男性的临床资料,检测血清t-PSA水平。统计洛阳市≥50岁健康男性血清t-PSA水平及分布情况、不同血清t-PSA水平分段人数、不同年龄段血清t-PSA水平检出结果,采用Spearman等级相关性分析洛阳市≥50岁健康男性血清t-PSA水平与年龄的相关性,并分析不同年龄段血清t-PSA年均增长量。结果:洛阳市≥50岁健康男性血清t-PSA水平为0.16~152.00μg/L,平均(2.72±0.72)μg/L;且血清t-PSA水平的95%参考值范围为0~8.35μg/L。洛阳市≥50岁健康男性血清t-PSA水平0~10.00μg/L有2084名,占比96.04%,且该范围内>65岁者的占比为94.29%。血清t-PSA水平呈非正态分布,其中0~0.5μg/L人数最多,20.00(不含)~152.00μg/L人数最少;且>10.00μg/L有86名,其中10.00(不含)~20.00μg/L有62名,20.00(不含)~152.00μg/L有24名。不同年龄段血清t-PSA中位数比较,差异有统计学意义(H=7.250,P=0.030);80~89岁平均数、标准差均最大,50~59岁、90~99岁纳入人数较少,去除该年龄段后,随年龄增加血清t-PSA水平呈上升趋势。Spearman等级相关性分析结果显示,血清t-PSA水平与年龄具有一定的正相关性(r=0.779,P=0.000)。60~69岁、70~79岁、80~89岁血清t-PSA年均增长量分别为0.090μg/L、0.172μg/L、0.030μg/L,其中70~79岁年均增长量最大。结论:洛阳市≥50岁健康男性血清t-PSA水平为(2.72±0.72)μg/L,且随年龄增加,血清t-PSA水平呈升高趋势,可适当上调高龄人群血清t-PSA参考值范围。Objective:To investigate level and reference range of serum total prostate specific antigen(t-PSA)in healthy men aged≥50 years in Luoyang.Methods:The clinical data of 2170 healthy men who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of the hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The serum t-PSA level was detected.The serum t-PSA levels and its distribution of the healthy men aged≥50 years in Luoyang city,the number of people with different serum t-PSA levels,and the detection results of the serum t-PSA levels in different age groups were statistically analyzed.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the serum t-PSA level and the age in the healthy men aged≥50 years in Luoyang,and the average annual growth of the serum t-PSA in different age groups was analyzed.Results:The t-PSA level of the healthy men aged≥50 years in Luoyang was 0.16-152.00μg/L,with an average of(2.72±0.72)μg/L;the 95%reference range of the serum t-PSA level was 0-8.35μg/L.There were 2084 healthy men aged≥50 years old in Luoyang with the serum t-PSA level of 0-10.00μg/L,accounting for 96.04%,and the proportion of those aged>65 years old in this range was 94.29%.The serum t-PSA level was non-normally distributed,with the highest number of 0-0.5μg/L and the lowest number of 20.00(excluding)-152.00μg/L.There were 86 cases with the serum t-PSA level of>10.00μg/L,including 62 cases with 10.00(excluding)-20.00μg/L and 24 cases with 20.00(excluding)-152.00μg/L.The median of the serum t-PSA level in different age groups was statistically significant(H=7.250,P=0.030).The average and the standard deviation of the cases aged 80-89 years old were the largest,and the number of 50-59 years old and 90-99 years old was less.After removing this age group,the serum t-PSA level increased with age.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum t-PSA level was positively correlated with age(r=0.779,P=0.000).The average annual growth of the serum t-PSA level i
