超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年2月至2023年5月该院收治的80例乳腺良性肿瘤患者的临床资料,按照手术方法不同将其分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组采用传统开放式乳腺肿瘤切除术治疗,研究组采用超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗,比较两组围手术期指标[手术时间、切口愈合时间、术中出血量、切口瘢痕长度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]水平、手术前后性激素指标[雌二醇(E2)、孕酮]水平和术后1周并发症发生率。结果:研究组手术时间、切口愈合时间、切口瘢痕长度均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组血清E2和孕酮水平均低于术前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的25.00%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者可改善围手术期指标水平,降低性激素指标水平和并发症发生率,效果优于传统开放式乳腺肿瘤切除术治疗。Objective:To observe effects of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive circumcision in treatment of patients with benign breast tumors.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to this hospital from February 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open breast tumor resection,while the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive circumcision.The perioperative indexes[operation time,incision healing time,intraoperative blood loss,incision scar length,visual analogue scale(VAS)score],the sex hormone indexes[estradiol(E2),progesterone]levels before and after the surgery,and the incidence of complications 1 week after the surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,the incision healing time,and the incision scar of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery,the levels of serum E2 and progesterone in the two groups were lower than those before the surgery,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 25.00%(10/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive circumcision for the patients with benign breast tumors can improve the levels of perioperative indexes and reduce the levels of sex hormone indexes and the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to traditional open breast tumor resection.
