摘　　要：落实高校“为党育人”使命是高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室的重要任务。在分析高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室培育的时代意义基础上,指出高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室亟须解决的五大问题,从强班子、讲政治、严纪律、比贡献、重协同等方面构建高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室的培育路径,以期实现党建工作与业务工作的有机结合,推动高校各项事业的全面发展,实现高校“为党育人”的使命目标。The implementation of the mission of“educating people for the Party”in universities is a key task of the“double-leading”faculty Party branch secretaries’studios.Based on an analysis of the historical significance of cultivating such workrooms,this paper identifies five key issues that urgently need to be addressed in the cultivation of these workrooms.It proposes a cultivation pathway that focuses on strengthening leadership teams,emphasizing political awareness,enforcing strict discipline,promoting contributions,and enhancing collaboration.The goal is to achieve the organic integration of Party building and professional work,advance the comprehensive development of various university undertakings,and fulfill the mission of“educating people for the Party”.
