摘　　要：为了适应数学专业研究生的大众化培养趋势,人才培养模式需要与时俱进,实施“能力培养贯穿日常教学”策略。该策略旨在融合学术培养与实践经验,推动数学学科与研究生个人发展的双向促进。我们将重心放在综合素质的培养上,特别强化实践能力和创新思维,使学生能在理论与实践中灵活运用数学知识解决复杂问题。此全面发展模式将为数学研究生奠定坚实的学术与职业基础,提升其未来竞争力。In order to adapt to the trend of mass cultivation of mathematics graduate students,we urgently need to adjust their training model and propose the strategy of“ability training throughout daily teaching”.This strategy aims to integrate academic level training with practical experience,promoting the mutual promotion of the development of the mathematics discipline and graduate students.We focus on the cultivation of comprehensive quality,especially strengthening practical ability and innovative thinking,enabling students to flexibly apply mathematical knowledge to solve complex problems in theory and practice.This comprehensive development model will lay a solid academic and professional foundation for mathematics graduate students and enhance their future competitiveness.
