职业教育产教融合动力机制——基于交易成本的DEMATEL方法实证研究

摘　　要：产教融合是推动教学改革和经济发展的重要策略,相关动力机制研究能有效地总结教育服务属性与经济交易属性之间存在的互动逻辑。以江北新媒体产业学院为例,运用交易成本理论,依托决策试验与评价实验室法(DEMATEL)对产教融合的关键成本因素进行实证分析。研究发现,产教融合的事后成本较事前成本居于相对主导地位,而议价成本和准租金攫取成本在产教融合动力形成中发挥着核心作用,可从建立全过程产教融合配套举措、保障育人主体的事后权益、发挥合作对话的组织机制优势、科学管理专用资产的投入规模等方面优化产教融合动力机制成本控制,推动产教融合格局向好发展。Industy-education integration is an important strategy to promote teaching reform and economic development,the research on the dynamic mechanism of the integration of production and education can effectively summarize the interactive logic between the attributes of educational services and economic transactions.Taking Jiangbei New Media Industry College as an example,this paper uses transaction cost theory and relies on the decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)method to conduct empirical analysis on the key cost factors of industry-education integration.The study found that the ex post cost of industry-education integration is relatively dominant compared to the ex ante cost,while the bargaining cost and quasi-rent capture cost play a central role in the formation of the driving force of industry-education integration.It is possible to optimize the cost control of the driving force mechanism of industry-education integration by establishing supporting measures for the whole process of industry-education integration,ensuring the ex post rights and interests of the educators,leveraging the organizational mechanism advantages of cooperation and dialogue,and scientifically managing the investment scale of dedicated assets,so as to promote the positive development of the industry-education integration pattern.
