摘　　要：主要介绍了海洋工程项目中,质量管理与降本增效的联系,并从预防性成本、评估性成本、补救性成本、额外成本等方面探讨了质量管理对项目效益的影响。同时,提出了加强项目质量管理的建议性措施,以减少项目资源和成本支出,并提高效益。The relationship between quality management and cost reduction and efficiency improvement in marine engineering projects was mainly introduced,and the impact of quality management on project benefits was discussed from the aspects of preventive costs,evaluative costs,remedial costs,and additional costs.At the same time,suggested measures were put forward to strengthen project quality management,in order to reduce project resources and cost expenditures,and improve efficiency.
