摘　　要：目的探讨儿童肾脏尤文肉瘤/原始神经外胚层肿瘤(EWS/PNET)的CT特征及诊断要点。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的2例肾EWS的临床及CT资料,结合文献着重总结、分析其CT影像特点。结果一例患者为女性,12岁,一例患者为男性,10岁;2例患者临床表现为腰痛;肿瘤均单发,均位于左肾,肿块长径在12.0 cm以上,呈浸润性生长,均未见明显假包膜,病变密度不均,内见坏死区,强化不均,呈轻中度强化。结论肾EWS/PNET虽具有一定的CT影像特点,但确诊仍需要病理学检查。Objective To investigate the CT features and diagnostic points of renal Ewing's sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumor(EWS/PNET)in children.Methods The clinical and CT data of two cases of renal EWS/PNET confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.The CT appearances were summarized and analyzed in combination with the literature.Results One patient was a 12-year-old female,and the other was a 10-year-old male.Both patients presented with low back pain.The tumors were solitary and located in the left kidney.The long diameter of the masses was over 12.0 cm,showing infiltrative growth.No obvious pseudocapsule was observed.The lesions had heterogeneous density with necrotic areas and showed mild to moderate heterogeneous enhancement.Conclusion Although renal EWS/PNET has some characteristic CT imaging features,a definitive diagnosis still requires pathological examination.
