摘 要:纺织服装检测机构实验室检测工作是纺织服装产业链的重要环节,实验室检测人员胜任素质对检测结果的准确性和可靠性的影响,关系到整个产业的健康发展。本文基于胜任素质理论,通过行为事件访谈、问卷调查等常规方法,构建了纺织服装检测机构实验室检测人员的胜任素质模型。该模型包括基础素质、技术素质、行为素质、心理素质4个维度。通过对这些维度的详细分析,可以为纺织服装检测机构专业技术人员的选拔、培训、考核和职业发展提供科学依据,从而提高整个纺织服装检测行业的水平和竞争力。Laboratory testing in textile and apparel testing institutions is a crucial link in the textile and apparel industry chain.The competence of laboratory testers has a significant impact on the accuracy and reliability of test results,which in turn affects the healthy development of the entire industry.Based on the competency theory,this paper constructs a competency model for labora-tory testers in textile and apparel testing institutions through conventional methods such as behavioral event interviews and ques-tionnaires.The model encompasses four dimensions:basic qualities,technical skills,behavioral traits,and psychological attributes.Detailed analysis of these dimensions can provide a scientific basis for the selection,training,assessment,and career development of professional and technical personnel in textile and apparel testing institutions,thereby enhancing the overall level and competi-tiveness of the textile and apparel testing industry.
