摘　　要：简谐振动是振动中最简单最基本的运动形式,对其振动方程的求解,是大学物理中的重难点。文本对简谐振动运动方程的建立和运动规律进行探讨和分析,并根据其运动的物理本质,引入了旋转矢量法描述简谐振动。结合实例总结得出,利用旋转矢量法求解简谐振动的相位及初相问题,比用解析法求解更直观、快捷。Harmonic vibration is the simplest and most basic form of motion in vibration,and solving its vibration equation is a key and difficult point in university physics.This paper explores and analyzes the establishment of the equation of motion for harmonic vibration and the laws of motion.Based on the physical essence of its motion,the rotation vector method is introduced to describe harmonic vibration.Based on practical examples,it is concluded that using the rotation vector method to solve the phase and initial phase problems of harmonic vibration is more intuitive and efficient than using analytical methods.
