双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗干眼症时联合使用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和玻璃酸钠滴眼液的效果。方法选取2023年5月至2024年5月于航空总医院眼科接受翼状胬肉手术治疗并于术后出现干眼症的患者70例,以随机数字表法分组,对照组35例,仅用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组35例,在对照组基础上联合使用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗,均治疗30 d,对比临床症状评分、角膜荧光染色试验(FS)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜地形图参数[表面非对称性指数(SAI)、表面规则指数(SRI)]、基础泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)结果、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组经过治疗后,各症状评分、FS评分、SAI、SRI、IL-6、TNF-α均比对照组低,BUT、SⅠt均比对照组高(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠滴眼液+玻璃酸钠滴眼液的用药方案治疗干眼症可改善患者临床症状,促进功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of diclofenac sodium eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent pterygium surgery at the Ophthalmology Department of Aviation General Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 and developed dry eye syndrome post-surgery were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(35 patients)received treatment with sodium hyaluronate eye drops only,while the observation group(35 patients)received a combination of sodium hyaluronate and diclofenac sodium eye drops.The treatment duration was 30 days.Comparisons were made between the two groups regarding clinical symptom scores,cornealfluorescein staining(FS)scores,tearfilm break-up time(BUT),corneal topography parameters[surface asymmetry index(SAI),surface regularity index(SRI)],results of the schirmerⅠtest(SⅠt),inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower scores in symptoms,FS,SAI,SRI,IL-6,and TNF-αcompared to the control group,and higher BUT and SⅠt(all P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of dry eye,diclofenac sodium eye drops+sodium hyaluronate eye drops can improve clinical symptoms,promote functional recovery.
