铝碳酸镁与艾司奥美拉唑联合治疗对胃溃疡患者症状改善及胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：目的探究铝碳酸镁结合艾司奥美拉唑对胃溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法选取80例胃溃疡患者,均为2021年1月至2022年12月邹城市人民医院收治,按随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组(40例)采用艾司奥美拉唑治疗,观察组(40例)采用艾司奥美拉唑结合铝碳酸镁治疗。两组均连续治疗4周,比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、胃肠激素、炎症因子及不良反应。结果相较于对照组,观察组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组上腹疼痛改善时间、腹胀改善时间、反酸改善时间及嗳气改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。胃动素水平、胃泌素水平、超敏C反应蛋白水平、白细胞介素-8水平及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组的(P<0.05)。生长抑素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁与艾司奥美拉唑对胃溃疡患者疗效显著,可有助于缓解其症状,改善胃肠激素及炎症因子水平,且较为安全。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of aluminum hydroxide magnesium trisilicate combined with esomeprazole in patients with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric ulcer were selected,all of whom were admitted to Zoucheng People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with esomeprazole,while the observation group(40 cases)was treated with a combination of esomeprazole and aluminum magnesium carbonate.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total clinical effective rate(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement times of upper abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid reflux,and belching in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of motilin,gastrin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-8,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of somatostatin was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Magnesium aluminum carbonate and esomeprazole have significant therapeutic effects on patients with gastric ulcers,which can help alleviate their symptoms,improve gastrointestinal hormone and inflammatory factor levels,and are relatively safe.
