麦默通微创旋切手术与环乳晕切口手术应用于良性乳腺肿瘤中的疗效及乳房美观价值对比

摘　　要：目的探讨良性乳腺肿瘤患者分别采取麦默通微创旋切手术与环乳晕切口手术治疗的疗效以及对乳房美观价值的对比。方法选取2021年1月至2024年1月在青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院接受手术治疗的190例良性乳腺肿瘤女性患者作为研究对象。按照不同手术方式将纳入者分为两组。对照组(95例),实施环乳晕切口手术治疗;观察组(95例),实施麦默通微创旋切手术治疗。观察两组的手术相关指标、乳房美观效果、术后并发症、临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血、切口长度、切口愈合时间、术后疼痛评分、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。乳房美观效果及临床疗效均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后6个月复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论良性乳腺肿瘤患者应用麦默通微创旋切手术可减轻手术创伤,加速恢复,缩短住院时间,提高乳房美观价值,减少术后并发症,疗效确切。Objective To compare the curative effect and the aesthetic value of the breast in patients with benign breast tumors treated by minimally invasive rotary surgery and areolar circumferential surgery.Methods A total of 190 female patients with benign breast tumors who underwent surgical treatment in the second hospital of Weihai affiliated to Qingdao University from January 2021 to January 2021 were 2024.The patients were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The control group(n=95)was treated by circumferential areolar incision,and the observation group(n=95)was treated by minimally invasive rotary incision with MEDROL.The related indexes of operation,breast aesthetic effect,postoperative complications and clinical effect were observed.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,incision length,incision healing time,postoperative pain score and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic effect and clinical efficacy of the breast were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).And there was no difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups after six operations(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of minimally invasive rotary surgery for patients with benign breast tumors can reduce surgical trauma,accelerate recovery,shorten hospital stay,improve the aesthetic value of breasts,reduce postoperative complications,and have definite curative effects.
