摘　　要：以某船NCP系列可变螺距螺旋桨(CPP)系统液压油漏入齿轮箱的典型故障为研究对象,对液压系统中配油轴与齿轮箱的工作原理及故障原因进行分析,结合处理突发故障的成功应急预案,提出故障排除方法并进行技术升级,为行业研究发展提供参考。Taken the typical failure of hydraulic oil leaking into the gearbox of a ship's NCP series controllable pitch propeller(CPP)system as the research object,the working principle and failure causes of the oil distribution shaft and gearbox in the hydraulic system are deeply analyzed.Combined with the successful emergency plan to deal with sudden failures,the troubleshooting methods and the technology to be upgraded are proposed,which provides reference for industry research and development.
