摘  要:促进乡村学校优质发展一直备受社会各界关注。在城乡义务教育优质均衡发展背景下,基于社会系统理论进行分析,发现乡村学校系统存在管理机制缺乏“差异的操作”、办学“密码”暂未解锁、“系统的相互作用”导致乡村教师流失率高,以及乡村学校优质发展要素尚须“渗透”等障碍性因素,进而提出促进乡村学校优质发展的四条路径,即激励乡村学校“自我生产”;构建乡村学校“参照”系统;进一步完善城乡学校“沟通”机制;以及简化教育系统内部的“复杂性”,激发学校内生发展动力等。Promoting the high-quality development of rural schools has always been a concern of all sectors of society.In the context of high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education,the analysis based on the social system theory by using the interview method and finds that there are such obstacles as the lack of“differential operation”in management mechanism of rural schools,the unlocked“password”of running schools,the high turnover rate of rural teachers caused by“system interaction”,and the need for“penetration”of high-quality development elements of rural schools.Then put forward for ways to promote the high-quality development of rural schools,encouraging rural schools to“self-production”,construction of rural school“reference”system,further improve the“communication”mechanism of urban and rural teachers and reduce the internal“complexity”of the education system to stimulate the vitality of endogenous development of schools.
