摘 要:对中国参与国际经济治理的轨迹进行检视和审视具有特殊的意义。以改革开放、加入世贸组织和提出“一带一路”等重大历史事件为分期节点,可以将中国参与国际经济治理的演进历程分成四个阶段。在不同的历史阶段,中国分别以为民与惠民为底色贡献全球经济治理、以开放与包容为配色参与全球经济治理和以合作与共赢为主色引领全球经济治理,这使得中国参与全球经济治理的进路与其他国家区别开来,彰显出了独特的贡献者、参与者和引领者角色特征。然而,反观当下,全球经济治理架构非均衡发展、全球经济治理主体共识赤字、全球经济治理环境复杂多变以及国内经济调整转型影响外溢等也给中国参与全球经济治理带来较大现实梗阻。拓展国际经贸合作新平台与新机制、加快人类命运共同体及其认同机制建设、强化风险预警与全球供应链管理能力和加强国内经济改革的国际解释与接轨是破解这些梗阻进而推进中国未来更好参与国际经济治理的可行面向。本文一方面有助于促进对中国参与国际经济治理行为的认识,另一方面则为优化中国参与国际经济治理实践提供学理线索。Examining and reviewing the trajectory of China's participation in international economic governance is of special significance.Taking major historical events such as the reform and opening up,accession to the World Trade Organization,and the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative as staging nodes,the evolutionary process of China's participation in international economic governance can be divided into four stages.In different historical stages,China has contributed to global economic governance with the fundamental purpose of benefiting the people,participated in global economic governance with the characteristics of openness and inclusiveness,and led global economic governance with the theme of cooperation and win-win results.This differentiates China's approach to participating in global economic governance from that of other countries,highlighting its unique role characteristics as a contributor,participant,and leader.However,at present,the unbalanced development of the global economic governance framework,the deficit of consensus among global economic governance actors,the complex and changeable global economic governance environment,and the spill-over effects of domestic economic adjustment and transformation pose significant practical obstacles to China's participation in global economic governance.Expanding new platforms and mechanisms for international economic and trade cooperation,accelerating the construction of the Community with a Shared Future for Mankind and its identification mechanisms,strengthening risk early-warning and global supply chain management capabilities,and enhancing the international interpretation and integration of domestic economic reforms are feasible directions to break through these obstacles and promote China's better participation in international economic governance in the future.On the one hand,this paper contributes to the understanding of China's behavior in participating in international economic governance.On the other hand,it provides theoretical clues for optimizin
