摘　　要：发展新能源汽车延保服务业务对企业和消费者均有利,但多方提供延保服务下的供应链运营管理则是一个难题。首先,从整车厂商、第三方延保商、经销商以及保险公司四个方面分析新能源汽车延保服务提供主体,对多主体下的新能源汽车延保服务供应链运营影响因素进行剖析;其次,从供应链结构、信息共享和供应链协作三个方面,对国际品牌企业VW公司的延保服务供应链运营实践展开案例研究;最后,形成提升新能源汽车延保服务供应链运营效率的管理启示,即缩短供应链层级与定制化延保服务、构建集成化信息平台优化供应链运营、多主体协作构建高效的延保服务流程。研究结论为我国企业制定新能源汽车延保服务策略以及延保服务供应链运营优化提供参考。Developing extended warranty services(EWS)for new energy vehicles(NEVs)benefits both businesses and consumers,yet managing supply chain operations under multi-party EW service remains a significant challenge.Firstly,the paper analyzes the main providers of extended warranty services for new energy vehicles including automakers,third-party warranty providers,dealers,and insurance companies,and examines the influencing factors of the new energy vehicle supply chain operations under multiple entities.Subsequently,a case study was conducted on VW's EWS supply chain operation practice,focusing on three aspects:supply chain structure,information sharing,and supply chain collaboration.Finally,the study provides managerial insights for improving the operational efficiency of NEV EW service supply chains,including shortening supply chain tiers and offering customized EW services,building an integrated information platform to optimize supply chain operations,and fostering multi-party collaboration to establish efficient EW service processes.The research findings provide valuable references for Chinese enterprises to formulate new energy vehicle EWS strategies and optimize the supply chain operation.
