摘  要:新型电力系统是电力电子变流器泛在的系统,变流器电网支撑控制是保障系统安全稳定运行的重要技术手段,是当前学术界和工业界关注的热点。该文首先分析典型构网变流器控制策略及其性能;其次,针对系统强度支撑型可塑变流器(system strength supported flexible converter,SSS FC),提出一种基于内电势矢量重塑(potential vector remodeling,PVR)的控制策略。该策略具备参数整定容易、限流策略简单、短路电流可控、功率调节灵活等诸多优点;再次,设计其参与大电网稳定控制的系统架构,并基于PSASP-UD功能建立SSS FC结构化机电暂态仿真模型;最后,面向修改后的CEPRI-36节点标准测试系统以及某交直流混联实际大电网,验证SSS FC多功能稳定控制的有效性。New power systems are characterized by the ubiquitous presence of power electronic converters.The active support control of the converter plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of the system and has become a hot topic in current academic and industrial circles.In this paper,based on the analysis of the typical active-support control strategy and its shortcomings,a new control scheme based on potential vector remodeling(PVR)is proposed for a system strength supported flexible converter(SSS FC).It has the advantages of easy parameter setting,simple current limiting strategy,controllable short-circuit current,flexible power regulation,etc.Based on the user-defined function of the power system analysis software package PSASP-UD,the SSS FC structural electromechanical transient simulation model and the strategy of participating in the multi-form stability control of the power grid are established.The effectiveness of SSS FC multi-function stability control is verified for both the CEPRI-36 node standard test system and a large AC/DC hybrid power grid.
