摘　　要：青年理论宣讲是具有深厚历史传统、契合新时代青年成才规律的思政教育重要呈现方式。国际大型赛会蕴含着独特深远的宣讲素材,在此叙事主体下开展的理论宣讲活动能成为展示中国形象的青年镜像、提升政治认同的青年范式、传播赛会文化的青年视角、理论联系群众的重要渠道。在国际大型赛会视野下审视青年理论宣讲的要素,应当包括以爱国主义为先导的情感要素、以求实求真为基础的事件要素、以理论讲授为关键的话语要素、以人类命运共同体为旨归的视角要素。作为宣传思想工作的重要组成部分和中国特色的组织沟通技术,“时、度、效”重要论述为青年理论宣讲赋能国际大型赛会提供了可依循的规律与方法,即厘定时空,回答好宣讲什么、谁来宣讲;详情度理,回答好向谁宣讲、怎么宣讲;行之有效,回答好载体资源、效果优化。Youth theoretical propaganda,deeply rooted in historical traditions and aligned with the developmental principles of young people in the new era,is a crucial form of ideological and political education.International major events provide unique and profound material for such efforts,enabling these activities to serve as a mirror of Chinese youth,enhance political identification,promote the culture of these events from a youth perspective,and act as an essential channel for connecting theory with the public.Examining youth theoretical propaganda within the scope of international events involves key elements:patriotism as an emotional foundation,factual basis grounded in realism,discourse focused on theoretical instruction,and a perspective aimed at building a community with a shared future for humanity.As an integral part of public communication with Chinese characteristics,the"timing,intensity,and effectiveness"principle offers actionable guidance for youth theoretical propaganda in international events,answering key questions on content,speaker,audience,method,resources,and outcome optimization.
