铬酸酐鸭舌封物料桶自动封盖装置的研制

摘　　要：为解决铬酸酐在封盖过程中存在的安全隐患,设计一种自动封盖装置,提高封盖效率,减少工人接触有害物质的风险,以保障工人身体健康。采用三维建模技术设计了铬酸酐鸭舌封物料桶自动封盖装置,并选用PLC作为控制器。此装置能够实现远程输送、取盖、放置密封圈和压箍等功能,并通过机器视觉技术结合Labview的目标识别模块,实现对不同规格和颜色的桶盖和桶圈的识别,以及桶盖和桶身文字朝向的调整。实验结果显示,该装置具有良好的性能,生产效率为30 s/桶,封盖成功率达到90%以上。通过自动化封盖装置的应用,成功减轻了工人的劳动强度,有效提高了铬酸酐物料桶的封盖效率。设计的铬酸酐鸭舌封物料桶自动封盖装置在实际应用中表现出较高的可靠性和效率,达到了改善工作环境安全性、提高生产效率的目的。这一装置的成功应用为类似工业场景提供了一种可行的解决方案。Aiming to address the safety hazards associated with sealing chromic acid anhydride,an automatic sealing device is desiged to enhance efficiency,reduce the risk of worker exposure to hazardous substances,and safeguard worker health.A chromic acid anhydride duckbill sealing material barrel automatic sealing device is designed using three-dimensional modeling technology,with a programmable logic controller(PLC)selected as the controller.The device can achieve remote conveyance,cap retrieval,placement of sealing rings,and cap pressing functions.Furthermore,machine vision technology combines with Labview′s target recognition module enables recognition of caps and barrel rings of different specifications and colors,as well as adjustment of cap and barrel text orientations.Experimental results demonstrate that the device exhibits excellent performance,with a production cycle of 30 s per barrel and a sealing success rate exceeding 90%.Through the application of the automated sealing device,the labor intensity of workers has been effectively reduced,and the sealing efficiency of chromic acid anhydride material barrels has been significantly improved.The automatic sealing device for chromic acid anhydride duckbill sealing material barrels designed demonstrates high reliability and efficiency in practical applications,achieving the goal of improving workplace safety and enhancing production efficiency.The successful application of the device provides a viable solution for similar industrial scenarios.
