摘  要:针对难加工材料GH4169多台阶深孔零件在加工过程中存在同轴度难保证、切削力大、切削温度高、切屑形态难控制、刀具寿命低、排屑困难、加工硬化倾向大、不易观察等问题,制订了多台阶深孔的加工工艺,包括选择合适的加工设备、加工系统、刀具尺寸、刀具材料、冷却润滑方式等。同时,考虑到多台阶深孔零件的同轴度问题,设计了一种内排屑方式的前定位推镗刀。采用正交试验法开展GH4169多台阶深孔零件镗削试验,通过改变主轴转速、进给量、切削液流量3个参数,分析深孔镗削加工过程中机床状态、振刀情况、排屑情况、刀具磨损情况、导向块磨损情况、切屑形态、孔轴心线偏斜量等参数的变化规律,得出镗削ϕ40 mm内孔的最佳参数组合:主轴转速n=225 r/min、进给量f=0.04 mm/r、切削液流量Q=120 L/min。Aiming at the problems of difficult to ensure coaxiality,large cutting force,high cutting temperature,difficult to control chip shape,low tool life,difficult chip removal,large work hardening tendency and difficult to observe in the machining process of difficult-to-machine material GH4169 multi-step deep hole parts,the machining process of multi-step deep hole is formulated,including the selection of appropriate machining equipment,machining system,tool size,tool material,cooling and lubrication methods.At the same time,considering the coaxiality problem of multi-step deep holes,a front positioning push-boring tool with internal chip removal mode is designed.The orthogonal test method is used to carry out the GH4169 multi-step deep hole boring test.By changing the three parameters of spindle speed,feed rate and cutting fluid flow,the machine tool state,vibration tool condition,chip removal condition,tool wear condition,guide block wear condition,chip shape,hole axis line deflection and other parameters in the process of deep hole boring are analyzed.The best parameter combination for boring is 40 mm inner hole,spindle speed is 225 r/min,feed rate is 0.04 mm/r,cutting fluid flow is 120 L/min.
