不同砧木嫁接对品质番茄植株生长和果实风味的影响

摘  要:以品质番茄“京采8号”为接穗,采用“果砧1号”和“砧爱1号”2个番茄砧木对其进行嫁接,测定了生长期植株株高、生物量和叶绿素含量,以及果实营养和风味品质,明确嫁接对高品质番茄植株生长和果实品质的影响,以期为高品质番茄的优质安全生产提供参考依据。结果表明:相比不嫁接处理,砧木嫁接,尤其是“砧爱1号”,显著促进叶片叶绿素b合成和植株生长(单株生物量提高了73.88%)、提高了果实产量(132.14%)和可溶性固形物含量(30.00%),但是降低了果实中挥发性物质的种类和含量。这说明砧木和接穗之间的信息交流和信号传导不仅影响植株生长和生理变化,也影响了果实营养和风味品质。The high quality tomato‘Jingcai 8’was used as a scion and grafted with two rootstock varieties,‘Guozhen 1’and‘Zhen′ai 1’.Plant height,biomass and chlorophyll content,as well as the nutritional and flavor qualities of the fruits were determined to clarify the effects of grafting on tomato plant growth and fruit quality,in order to provide reference for the quality production of high value tomatoes.The results showed that rootstock grafting,especially rootstock‘Zhen′ai 1’,promoted leaf chlorophyll b synthesis and plant growth(total biomass per plant increased by 73.88%),increased fruit yield(by 132.14%)and soluble solids content(by 30.00%),but reduced the type and content of volatiles in the fruit.This suggested that information exchange and signaling between rootstocks and scions affect not only plant growth and physiological changes,but also fruit nutrition and flavor quality.
