摘　　要：牡丹花是药食同源植物,每年因大量花瓣凋落而未充分利用造成浪费,牡丹花除了观赏价值外,其食用和药用价值不可忽视。该研究综述了牡丹花的最新研究成果,主要探讨了牡丹花的活性成分、功效及应用的最新进展,以期为牡丹花在食品、医药和日化领域的开发利用提供参考依据,对推动相关产业的发展具有重要意义。Peony flower is a medicinal and edible homologous plant,a large number of petals fall off every year and are not fully utilized to cause waste,peony flower in addition to ornamental value,its edible and medicinal value can not be ignored.This study reviewed the latest research results of peony flower,mainly discussed the latest progress of active ingredients,efficacy and application of peony flower,in order to provide a reference for development and utilization of peony flower in the fields of food,medicine and daily chemicals,highlighting its important in promoting the development of related industries.
