非氧化型杀菌剂在PET饮料热灌线冷瓶水中的应用研究

摘  要:为了降低杀菌剂对于PET热灌线冷瓶机设备的腐蚀、提高其稳定性及抑菌性能,本文对比测试了异噻唑啉酮和季铵盐两种非氧化型杀菌剂与次氯酸钠氧化型杀菌剂对冷瓶机设备的腐蚀性,不同温度、浓度、化学需氧量(COD)、pH值、电导率等条件下的稳定性,对微生物的杀菌强度及对生产线冷瓶水的抑菌性能。研究结果为两种非氧化型杀菌剂不会对304不锈钢造成肉眼可见的腐蚀而次氯酸钠则会造成其快速明显的腐蚀,前者在高COD、高温长时等条件下稳定性较好,后者在COD较高时活性快速下降且其浓度随时间延长衰减较快。季铵盐对枯草芽孢杆菌杀灭效果较好,异噻唑啉酮较弱,余氯无效果,异噻唑啉酮对霉菌杀菌强度最高、季铵盐和次氯酸钠对霉菌无杀灭效果,次氯酸钠在冷瓶水中浓度较低时抑菌效果较差而较高浓度会加剧设备腐蚀、异噻唑啉酮低浓度易产生耐药菌高浓度可确保冷瓶水无菌、季铵盐抑菌性能介于上述两者之间但易产生泡沫而影响使用。由上述结果得出适当浓度的异噻唑啉酮能够维持冷瓶水无菌状态,不会对冷瓶机产生腐蚀,可以替代氧化型杀菌剂次氯酸钠。In order to reduce the corrosion of fungicides on PET hot filling line cold bottle machine equipment,improve their stability and antibacterial performance,this study compared and tested the corrosiveness of two nonoxidizing fungicides,isothiazolinone and quaternary ammonium salt,and sodium hypochlorite oxidizing fungicide on cold bottle machine equipment.The stability under different temperature,concentration,chemical oxygen demand(COD),pH value,conductivity and other conditions,as well as the bactericidal strength against microorganisms and the antibacterial performance against production line cold bottle water were also compared.The results showed that the two nonoxidizing fungicides did not cause visible corrosion to 304 stainless steel,while sodium hypochlorite caused rapid and obvious corrosion.The former had better stability under high COD,high temperature with long time conditions.The latter exhibited a rapid decrease in activity when COD was high,and its concentration decayed rapidly over time.Quaternary ammonium salt showed a good killing effect on Bacillus subtilis,isothiazolinone was weak,and the residual chlorine had no effect.Isothiazolinone had the highest bactericidal intensity on mold,and quaternary ammonium salt and sodium hypochlorite had no killing effect on mold.When sodium hypochlorite was in low concentration in cold bottle water,the bacteriostatic effect was poor,and higher concentration would aggravate equipment corrosion.Low concentration of isothiazolinone was prone to produce drug-resistant bacteria.High concentration of isothiazolinone could ensure the sterility of cold bottle water.The bacteriostatic performance of quaternary ammonium salt was between the above two,but it was easy to produce foam,leading to the use restrictions.Based on the above results,it can be concluded that an appropriate concentration of isothiazolinone could maintain the sterile state of the cold bottle water,without causing corrosion to the cold bottle machine,and can replace the oxidizing bactericide sodium h
