摘 要:探讨颇尔1.4μm,Membralox GP(Gradient Permeability,梯度渗透)陶瓷膜应用于传统益生菌发酵液浓缩分离,替代传统离心机离心分离工艺的可行性。整个实验过程中,对7种不同的益生菌种采用了单级浓缩分离,总固体悬浮物含量最高可以达到54%(w/w),平均通量最大可达129 kg/m^(2)/hr。相较于单级浓缩,二级浓缩的优势在于更高的浓缩比,比较乳双歧杆菌的单极和二级浓缩液,二级浓缩液固体悬浮物含量达到80%,益生菌回收率同样可以达到99%以上。本论文研究探索陶瓷膜浓缩分离工艺的独特优势,为益生菌传统浓缩分离工艺的升级开拓了新的思路和视野。The feasibility of using a Pall 1.4μm Membralox GP(Gradient Permeability)ceramic membrane for the concentration and separation of traditional probiotic fermentation broth,replacing traditional centrifuge separation processes,was studied.Throughout the entire experiment,single-stage concentration separation was used for 7 different probiotic species;with a maximum total solid content of 54%(w/w)and an average flux of up to 129kg/m2/hr.Compared to single-stage concentration,the advantage of two-stage concentration lies in a higher concentration ratio.Comparing the single-stage and two-stage concentrations of Bifidobacterium lactis,the solid content of the twostage concentration reaches 80%,and the recovery rate of probiotics can also reach over 99%.From a new perspective,the innovative introduction of ceramic membrane concentration and separation technology has opened up new ideas and perspectives for upgrading traditional probiotic concentration and separation processes.
