摘　　要：职业教育与经济社会发展紧密相连,围绕教育发展和立德树人根本任务,紧跟技术革命和产业变革的演进,襄阳职业技术学院以黄炎培职业教育思想为核心、学校深厚文化积淀为基础,与为党育人、为国育才的时代之需有机结合,与人才培养定位有效融合,完善“三全育人”体系,形成凸显时代意蕴与自身特质的育人育才模式。Vocational education is closely linked to economic and social development focusing on the fundamental task of education development and moral education and closely follows the evolution of technological revolution and industrial transformation.The profound cultural accumulation centered on Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideology will organically combine the needs of the times to cultivate talents for the Party and the country,effectively integrate with the positioning of school talent cultivation,improve the"three comprehensive education"system,and form a talent cultivation model that highlights the significance of the times and its own characteristics.
