高职培养地方乡村旅游人才创新模式研究——以襄阳职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：文章聚焦于高职教育在地方乡村旅游人才培养中的创新模式,以襄阳职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例进行深入剖析。针对当前乡村旅游人才短缺及培养机制不完善的现状,提出了“三维融合—动态成长”的创新培养模式。该模式通过产教融合、技能与市场双导向、系统性培训与终身学习的三维融合,旨在构建一套分阶段培养、持续性评估与反馈、职业发展支持相结合的动态成长体系。This study focuses on innovative models for cultivating local rural tourism talents in higher vocational education,taking the tourism management major of Xiangyang Polytechnic as a specific case for in-depth analysis.Addressing the current shortage of rural tourism talents and the inadequacies in training mechanisms,this study proposes an innovative"Three-Dimensional Integration-Dynamic Growth"cultivation model.This model aims to establish a phased training,continuously assessed and feedback-driven,career development-supported dynamic growth cultivation system through the deep integration of three dimensions,industry-education integration,dual orientation towards skills and the market,and systematic training combined with lifelong learning.
