摘　　要：先天性白内障是儿童常见的致盲性眼病,严重影响患儿的视觉发育和生活质量。文章梳理了先天性白内障的概念、发病原因与机制以及诊断手段,详细介绍了先天性白内障手术方式的演变以及术后并发症的处理,旨在为临床相关工作提供参考,以进一步提高先天性白内障的治疗效果。Congenital cataract is a common blinding eye disease in children,which seriously affects the visual development and quality of life of children.This article reviews the progress of surgical treatment of congenital cataract and introduces in detail the evolution of surgical methods of congenital cataract and the management of postoperative complications,so as to provide references for clinical work and further improve the the rapeutic effect of congenital cataract.
