新时代乡村文化共同体建构的现实要求、多维困境与逻辑转向——对党的二十届三中全会“实施文明乡风建设工程”的思考

摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会对深化文化体制机制改革作出重要部署,明确提出“实施文明乡风建设工程”。文明乡风建设是满足农民精神文化需要的基础性工程,是推进乡村全面振兴的题中之义,对于实现农业农村现代化具有重要意义。乡村文化共同体是精神领域的“有生命的有机体”。新时代乡村文化共同体的建构,蕴含着将传统乡村文化内核与现代文明要素有机结合的深刻内涵,肩负着重振乡村文化与培育现代乡村文明的双重任务,是文明乡风建设的重要突破口。在现代市场经济背景下,传统乡村文化共同体陷入场域载体衰减、公共内核消解以及主体建设力量不足等多维困境,难以调适乡村社会出现的价值认同危机与主体性困局等问题。乡村振兴,既要塑形,也要铸魂。新时代以来,乡村文化共同体的建构逐步突破传统思维桎梏,在方向性、主体性、实践性等三重意义上实现逻辑转向,以文化铸魂重塑现代乡村文明,有效赋能乡村全面振兴。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made the important policy for deepening the reform of cultural system and mechanism, explicitly proposing the "Project of Implementing the Civilized Rural Customs Construction". The construction of civilized rural customs is a fundamental project to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers, an essential part of promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, and of great significance for achieving the modernization of agriculture in rural areas. The rural cultural community is a "living organism" in the spiritual realm. The construction of a rural cultural community in the new era embodies promoting the organic combination of traditional rural civilization core and modern civilization elements, shoulders the dual task of revitalizing the rural cultural and cultivating modern rural civilization and serves as a crucial breakthrough for the construction of civilized rural customs. Under the background of modern market economy, the construction of traditional rural cultural communities has fallen into multidimensional difficulties such as the decline of field carriers, the dissolution of public cores, and the insufficient strength of subject construction, making it difficult to adjust to the value identity crisis and subjectivity dilemma that arise in rural society. Rural revitalization requires both shaping and soul building. Since the new era, the construction of rural cultural communities has gradually broken through the shackles of traditional thinking, achieving the logical diversion of the construction of rural cultural communities in terms of directionality, subjectivity, and practicality. By shaping the soul with culture, it rebuilds modern rural civilization, effectively, empowering the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
