摘 要:目的探讨手机社交媒体依赖与大学生学习倦怠间的关系,以及生命意义感和错失恐惧的中介作用。方法采用手机社交媒体依赖量表、学习倦怠量表、生命意义感量表、错失恐惧量表,对南京某高校952名大学生进行调研。结果手机社交媒体依赖、生命意义感、错失恐惧和学习倦怠得分分别为(72.69±15.94)分、(44.46±9.27)分、(18.04±6.05)分和(58.00±9.73)分。手机社交媒体依赖与生命意义感呈负相关(r=-0.107,P<0.01),与错失恐惧、学习倦怠呈正相关(r=0.385,0.358;P<0.001);生命意义感与错失恐惧、学习倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.181,-0.172;P<0.001);错失恐惧与学习倦怠呈正相关(r=0.301,P<0.001)。手机社交媒体依赖对学习倦怠的直接效应显著(效应值为0.288,95%CI不包含0)。手机社交媒体依赖负向预测生命意义感(β=-0.115,P<0.001),正向预测错失恐惧及学习倦怠(β=0.371,0.288;P<0.001),生命意义感负向预测错失恐惧及学习倦怠(β=-0.146,-0.111;P<0.001),错失恐惧正向预测学习倦怠(β=0.162,P<0.001)。结论手机社交媒体依赖可以直接影响学习倦怠,也可以通过生命意义感、错失恐惧的链式中介效应间接影响学习倦怠。Objective To explore the relationship between mobile social media dependence and academic burnout among college students,as well as the mediating role of meaning in life and fear of missing out.Methods A survey was conducted among 952 college students from an university in Nanjing City using Mobile Social Media Dependence Scale,Learning Burnout Scale,Meaning in Life Scale,and Fear of missing out Scale.Results The mean scores of mobile social media dependence,meaning in life,fear of missing out and academic burnout were(72.69±15.94),(44.46±9.27),(18.04±6.05)and(58.00±9.73).Mobile social media dependence was negatively correlated with meaning in life(r=-0.107,P<0.01),and positively correlated with fear of missing out and learning burnout(r=0.385,0.358;P<0.001).Meaning in life was negatively correlated with fear of missing out and academic burnout(r=-0.181,-0.172,P<0.001).The fear of missing out was positively correlated with academic burnout(r=0.301,P<0.001).The direct effect of mobile social media dependence on learning burnout was significant(effect value:0.288).Mobile social media dependence negatively predicted meaning in life(β=-0.115,P<0.001),positively predicted fear of missing out and academic burnout(P=0.371 and 0.288;P<0.001).Meaning in life negatively predicted fear of missing out and academic burnout(β=-0.146 and-0.111;P<0.001).Fear of missing out positively predicted academic burnout(β=0.162,P<0.001).Conclusion Dependence on mobile social media could directly affect learning burnout,and also indirectly affect learning burnout through chain mediating effects of meaning in life and fear of missing out.
