摘  要:人才是新质生产力的第一资源。为着力培养材料与化工领域高层次、应用型专门人才,深入探索并创新了产教融合的人才培养新路径:强化思想价值引领,构建双导师协同育人体系,打造高质量实践基地,完善专业实践考核与保障机制,以及建立毕业生跟踪反馈与评价机制。这一系列举措旨在全方位、多维度地优化人才培养模式,为提高材料与化工专业学位研究生创新实践能力提供坚实支撑与有效策略,进而为行业输送更多具备实战能力和创新思维的高端人才。Talent is the first resource of new quality productivity.To focus on cultivating high-level application-oriented professionals in the field of materials and chemical engineering,a new path for the talents training with integration of production and education is deeply explored and innovated.The ideological value guidance is strengthened,and the dual-tutor collaborative education system is built.Furthermore,the high-quality practice base is constructed,and professional practice assessment and guarantee mechanism is improved.Additionally,the graduate tracking feedback and evaluation mechanism is established.This series of measures aims to optimize the talent training model in a holistic and multi-dimensional way,provide solid support and effective strategies for improving the innovative practical ability of graduate students majored in materials and chemical engineering,and thus providing more high-end talents with practical ability and innovative thinking for the industry.
