摘　　要：透射电子显微电镜(Transmission Electron Microscopy, TEM)是临床医学病理诊断和科研生物样品超微结构观察的重要工具。制备符合电镜观察要求的高质量样品是电镜观察的前提,本文对实验动物和细胞样品取材和固定操作中的注意事项和要求进行了讨论和总结,以期为准备做电镜观察的研究者做参考。Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM)plays a powerful role in diagnostic pathology and biologic research for understanding morphology of cells and organelles.The particular requirements and details for tissue and cell specimens preparation are discussed,and common problems and solutions are introduced,in order to aid researchers to prepare samples for TEM.
