摘　　要：党的二十大要求全党“坚持理论武装同常态化长效化开展党史学习教育相结合”,习近平总书记在对党史学习教育进行总结时反复强调要建立党史学习教育常态化长效化制度机制。深刻把握习近平总书记这一重要论述的历史逻辑,在认识历史规律中坚定历史自信,在总结历史经验中坚定历史自信,在把握历史主动中坚定历史自信;深刻把握习近平总书记这一重要论述的时代内涵,把坚持马克思主义不动摇作为基本纲领,把坚定捍卫“两个确立”作为政治准绳,把弘扬伟大建党精神作为力量源泉,把加强党的全面领导作为根本保证,不断增强新时代广大党员、干部的政治自觉;深刻把握习近平总书记这一重要论述的实践进路,以持续强化分层分类的理论学习机制、入脑入心的教学活动机制、“我为群众办实事”的动态监督机制、使命担当的激励保障机制和自我革命的评估整改机制构建党史学习教育长效机制。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China re-quires the whole party to"adhere to the combination of theoretical arming and normalized,long-term development of party history studyand education".When summarizing the party history study and education,General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized the importance of establishing a normalized and long-term system and mechanism forparty history study and education.Deeply grasp the historical logicof General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition,strengthen historical self-confidence in understanding historical laws,strengthen historical self-confidence in summing up historical experience,and strengthen historical self-confidence in grasping historical initiative;deeply grasp the connotation of the times of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposi-tion,uphold Marxism as thebasic program,firmly defend the"two establish-ment"as the political criterion,carry forwardthe great party building as the source of strength,and strengthen the party's overall leadership as the fundamental guarantee.Constantlyyenhance the political consciousness ofthe ma-jorityof party members and1cadres in the new era;deeply grasp the practi-cal approach of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition,and build a long-term mechanism for party history study andeducation by continuously strengthening the hierarchical and classified theoreticalstudy mechanism,the teaching activity mechanism,the dynamic supervision mechanism of"I do practi-cal things for the masses",the incentive and guarantee mechanism of mis-sion responsibility,and theevaluation and rectification mechanism of self-revolu-tion.
