摘 要:为提高油田联合站外输工艺智能控制程度、推进智能化联合站建设,在分析外输工艺环节及智能控制现场需求的基础上,提出了某联合站智能外输逻辑控制方法,确定了运行参数智能最优、管输工艺智能预测及智能清管等关键算法,可实现离心泵运行状态识别、智能启闭、运行参数自适应优化、工艺参数自动调整、智能清管以及异常工况监控预警。在此基础上,对物联网平台进行二次开发,编制智能控制程序,并在现场进行测试应用,实现了联合站外输工艺的“运行方案自适应优化、工艺调整自动化、异常工况预警自动化”的目标。研究结果对建设智能化联合站具有实际价值和指导意义。An intelligent transporting logic control method for a united station was proposed to improve the level of intelligent control in the transporting process and promote the intelligent construction of united stations in oilfields based on the analysis of the transporting process links and on-site requirements for intelligent control.Key algorithms were determined for the optimization of operating parameters,intelligent prediction of the transporting process,and intelligent pigging.It could realize identification of the operating status of centrifugal pumps,intelligent opening and closing of centrifugal pumps,adaptive optimization of operating parameters,automatic adjustment of process parameters,intelligent pigging,and monitoring and warning of abnormal working conditions.On this basis,the intelligent control program was developed through secondary development of the Internet of Things(IoT)platform.The on-site testing and application achieved the goals of“adaptive optimization of the operating plan,automatic adjustment of process,and automatic warning of abnormal working conditions”for the transportation process of a united station.The results have practical value and guiding significance for the intelligent construction of united stations.
